It was a cold and snowy Saturday,
blustery, windy, drifts piling up outside but inside, well inside was a collection of some of the most unique and some
times colorful group of people I have met in a long time. Think gypsies and herbal essence.
Before I go to
far into this, a shout out to a couple of other entrepreneurs.
Dr. Ebner of the Chiropractic CareCenter
Ann Sturdevant, LMT of Solitude Massage
and to mr. allergen killer, John from John's Duct Cleaning
What a great way to kill blizzard time!
We had quite a good turn out considering the bad weather, the
head count at the door was 1,893 for the day. As I said, a very interesting and colorful bunch of visitors and presenters
including air duct cleaning, natural cosmetics, vegan eating specialists etc...
I met 4 women all named
Harmony or Harmoni and one who wanted to know if I could stop by her house with my safe chemicals and clean
her 'special plant room'.
It was fun watching peoples expressions when they found out just how dangerous
some of the products under their kitchen sink were. It was more fun watching them flip through the picture book or looking
at the wall photo's of before and after shots using the Eco Mist products. Many were absolutely amazed that the work pictured didn't require sandblasting or ultra strength chemicals
to do the job. Good times, I'll do it again next year.

| What's in your bottle? |
The woman on the left is reading a list of ingredients found in common household
cleaning products. The woman on the right wants to arm wrestle her for the bottle of Eco Mist natural cleaner. Find about
more of these products at the ICA Supply Central Store.

It Whitens, It Brightens, It Kills You
Bleach, also known as Chlorine, Chlorine Bleach, Sodium Hypochlorite and just
Hypochlorite.
Commonly found in a large number of household and commercial cleaning products and it can kill you,
slowly over time and repeated exposure.
Risks:
Lung damage and irritation Corrosive--damage to
your skin, eyes and various membranes Fatal if swallowed
The EPA says you can use it, IF you use
it in properly ventilated areas, with gloves and protective clothing.
Yet people in our industry use products containing
bleach daily, sometime all day cleaning restrooms, bathrooms, showers, hot tubs etc.... How many actually have proper ventilation?
How many really wear long sleeve shirts? Gloves? Breathing masks?
Very few if any, the new alternative is natural
based cleaning products. If you doubt this, explain the sudden appearance of GreenWorks products on grocery store shelves
everywhere, manufactured by Clorox, the reigning king of bleach. They must know something, why else spend millions on
a new product development and advertising of products that does NOT contain their famous bleach!!
